The gameplay incorporates the collection of Kedusha points through acts such as giving Tzedakah and locating fellow Yidden to form a Minyan. These points serve as a key element in progressing through the game.

Players can compete locally on leaderboards by striving to maximize their Kedusha points. Additionally, maintaining high Chayus is encouraged by earning Kedusha points and consuming Mezonos, adding a layer of resource management to the experience.

The game offers environmental challenges, notably avoiding water—especially after visiting the Mikvah—and managing time effectively to advance further.
